Senior Property Manager

McArthur & Associates Property Consultants manage a variety of properties including residential, retail, commercial and industrial. An exciting opportunity has become available for a full time experienced Senior Property Manager.

Role Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • A Real Estate Certificate
  • Proficient in Released software (or similar)
  • Previous experience in Trust Accounting is essential
  • Maintaining the Property Management and Sales Trust Account
  • A friendly and proactive customer service approach
  • Strong knowledge of property management legislation
  • Competent computer skills
  • Confidence in problem solving
  • Valid Driver’s License

Your duties will include:

  • Daily receipting and reconciliation of the trust account
  • Management and recording of transactions associated with property sales
  • Mid and End of month processing
  • Routine Inspections of our residential portfolio
  • Liaison with Owners, Tenants & Contractors
  • Preparation of documents for audits
  • Co-ordinate maintenance tasks, work orders and follow up to completion

  • Prospecting for new property listings
  • Handling enquiries and following up on leads
  • Listing properties and organising marketing initiatives such as social media, sign boards, brochures, etc
  • Negotiating sales and leasing contracts with clients
  • Preparing Appraisals, Marketing Reports
  • Meeting monthly and/or quarterly KPIs.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Current Real Estate Salesperson Certificate or Real Estate Agent Licence
  • Previous Real Estate Sales experience essential
  • Ambition, confidence and self-motivation
  • Drive and determination to succeed
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Polished and professional personal presentation
  • Experience with MS Office/Social Media/Multiple RE Platforms
  • Current Driver license and own vehicle.
